Terms of Service for Gnome Bot

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Gnome Bot (the "Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

Gnome Bot is a Discord bot that provides an emoji-based farming simulation game with features including:

• Farm management and crop cultivation
• Economy system with virtual currency
• Achievement and leaderboard systems
• Social features (friend system, farm visits)
• Multi-language support (Turkish & English)

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service
• You must have permission from your Discord server administrators to add the Bot

4. User Conduct

You Agree To

• Use the Bot in accordance with these Terms
• Respect other users and maintain a friendly environment
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the Bot
• Not use the Bot for any illegal purposes
• Not spam commands or abuse Bot features

You Agree NOT To

• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Bot
• Attempt to gain unfair advantages through bugs or exploits
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through the Bot
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or economy through cheating
• Share accounts or transfer progress between accounts
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Bot's code

5. Virtual Currency and Items

• All virtual currency (coins), items (seeds, animals), and progress are provided "as is"
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual items at any time
• Virtual items cannot be transferred to other users (except through in-game features)
• We are not responsible for lost items due to bugs or technical issues

6. User Data and Privacy

• By using the Bot, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy
• We store gameplay data to maintain your farm and progress

7. Modifications to the Bot

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time
• Change features, commands, or gameplay mechanics

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abusive or harmful behavior
• Cheating or exploiting game mechanics

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or gameplay progress
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from Bot downtime or bugs
• Our total liability shall not exceed $10 USD

11. Intellectual Property

• Gnome Bot and all related content are owned by the Bot developers
• Discord and its logo are trademarks of Discord Inc.
• Emojis and assets used in the Bot may be subject to their respective licenses
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Bot's code without permission

12. Third-Party Services

The Bot integrates with:

• Discord: Subject to Discord's Terms of Service
• Top.gg: Subject to Top.gg's Terms of Service

13. Community Guidelines

We encourage a positive community:

• Be respectful to all users
• Help new players learn the game
• Report bugs and exploits to developers
• Provide constructive feedback
• Enjoy the game and have fun!

14. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation
• If resolution fails, disputes shall be governed by applicable law
• You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and Discord's Terms of Service.
