1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding or interacting with Gnome Bot (the "Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

Gnome Bot is an emoji-based farming game simulation on Discord. All gameplay commands, leaderboards, and features are provided for entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features or commands at any time without notice.

3. User Conduct & Fair Play

To keep the game fair and fun for everyone, you agree NOT to:

Use automated scripts, macros, auto-clickers, or secondary self-bots to interact with the Bot.
Exploit, share, or abuse bugs. If you discover a glitch, you are expected to report it in our support server immediately.
Manipulate leaderboards or XP systems through artificial boosting.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through gameplay interactions (such as farm visits or messaging).

4. Virtual Currency & Assets

Gnome Bot features a virtual economy consisting of coins, seeds, crops, animals, and items:

No Real-World Value: All virtual assets are strictly fictional and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for physical currency.
No Real Money Trading (RMT): You are strictly prohibited from buying, selling, or trading virtual items or coins for real-world money. Violating this rule will result in a permanent ban.
Data Wipes & Resets: We reserve the right to reset, adjust, or wipe inventory balances or farm states in the event of critical economy bugs, balance updates, or game exploits.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developers make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service stability, uptime, or data persistence:

We are not responsible for any lost items, coins, levels, or streaks caused by service downtime, database corruption, or software bugs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Bot.

6. Service Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to the Bot at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or Discord's official Guidelines.
